What would I have done without my mommy?

Who would’ve rewarded me for all my dry panty days…

Who would’ve cleaned the bathtub for me and Danielle every time I pooped in it cuz I wanted to take a bath alone…

Who would’ve got me a massive hat to wear for picture day when I tried cutting my own bangs…

Who would've written my school speeches to run for VP and President so everyone at school thought I was super creative... (I totally won)

Who would’ve gone TPing with me all those times and taught me how to properly throw the roll…

Who would’ve told me “Don’t date that guy. He smokes pot and he’s creepy.” She was right on both accounts…

Who would’ve laughed until she weezed whenever we stayed up too late which made us laugh harder which made her weeze more (it was a vicious cycle)…

Who would’ve stayed with me while I had the stomach flu and wanted so badly to trade places with me because she knew how much I hated throwing up…

Who would’ve been there to always tell me how beautiful, talented, and smart I am when I didn’t believe it…

Who would’ve told me what a retarded weirdo I was when I believed it too much…

Who would’ve grounded me every Halloween and never any other day (Let’s be real, I deserved it)….

Who would’ve watched Biggest Loser with me while we ate ice cream out of the tub (irony at its best)…

Who would’ve stayed up until 3 am night after night while I finish a project for school (probably helping me) because she knew I hated staying up alone…

Who would’ve known just what to say when I called her fighting back tears and said, “Just distract me please”…

Who would’ve taught me that I can become anything I want to be, and fully supported every decision I made…

Who would’ve taught me how to love and be loved…

Who would’ve taught me to always have compassion, because you never know what someone is going through or where they came from…

Who would’ve taught me to always stand up for what I believe in, and that my faith can get me through anything…

Who would’ve taught me that I am the child of a Father in Heaven that loves me, and how to pray to Him everyday…

Who would’ve taught me that families are forever, and made me so thankful for that…

Mom, because of you I know of my great worth and potential. But do you know how wonderful you are? Do you know how smart, beautiful, creative, funny, strong, selfless, loving, and faithful you are? Stop always putting everyone else’s wants and needs before your own (though I love and envy that about you), and start doing things for you. Make yourself happy. Go back to school! I know you want to. Mom, you can become anything you want to be.
